Shipping from India: Orders placed within India and by our customers Internationally usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date they are placed. International Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and clearance at their country of import.  Due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays which are beyond our control. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Once a package has left our facility, its delivery is subject to the terms of the shipping company.  We do not offer refunds for packages delivered later than the “guaranteed” shipping date by the shipping company.

Exchange of goods damaged during shipping transit?

If your P-Magic bottle is damaged during transit (shipping), please email us with pictures of the bottle immediately on receipt without opening or removing it from its transparent packaging. Please send all claims to support@pmagic.shop along with your order number. We will send you a new bottle at no extra charge and the delivery person will collect the damaged bottle subject to the following condition: the bottle is in its original packaging, is not opened and the content (the powder) is intact. We will not be able to replace the bottle if the aforementioned rule is violated due to health and security concerns during the covid-19 pandemic.

How many days will one bottle of P-Magic last?
It depends on your usage patterns from 1-4 bottles per month.
1 bottle usually lasts for 1-2 months but some mother’s use upto 2-4 bottles per month.

Where can P-Magic be used?

P-Magic can be used to clean surfaces in child care environments, homes and vehicles. It works on most surfaces – wood, marble, carpet, laminate etc.

P-Magic works wonders on cleaning all of your child’s messes from carpets, sofas etc. Not recommended for long stemmed / looped carpets. After use, please make sure that your carpet or furniture is completely free of P-Magic particles. Afterwards, use the regular cleaning protocol for textile surfaces to remove the stains. Totally safe when used as directed. 

Does P-Magic clean the urine which has been absorbed in my sofa, carpet or bed?

P-Magic will absorb the stinky smells of urine and any liquid absorbed by your carpet or furniture using our special nano sorb technology^TM.  P-Magic is the perfect band-aid for such situations. Cleans your child’s mess in 60 seconds, kills upto  99.9% germs inside the waste, fills your home with a beautiful fragrance. After use, please make sure that your carpet or furniture is completely free of P-Magic particles. Follow-up with professional cleaning is recommended for textile  surfaces.

Usage Guidelines

Safe when used as directed. Read the label and directions carefully before use. Quantity of P-Magic needed for pee, vomit or diarrhea will depend on your baby’s habits.

P-Magic does not convert solid poop into a gel, but you can use it to kill the stink and remove the residue.

Directions for Use:

IMPORTANT: If, after 60 seconds, the gel is not formed or is sticking to your surface or the broom, it means that you haven’t sprinkled enough P-Magic. Simply sprinkle some more and repeat.

Discard the gel immediately to ensure that your children do not ingest it. The gel formed after using P-Magic is very slippery if stepped on therefore make sure you immediately discard to ensure that no baby/adult/pet ends up slipping on the gel. Before using, test for color fastness by applying to a hidden area Do not mix P-Magic with any other product or liquid.

Good Hygiene: Always wear plastic gloves while handling pet waste and P-Magic. Wash hands after use.

Use Sites: Most surfaces in childcare environments, homes and vehicles.  Works on most surfaces: wood, marble, carpet, laminate and most furniture. Not recommended for long stemmed / looped carpets.

Container Storage: Store in original container, tightly sealed, upright in a cool & dry place (up to 30’C) out of reach of children and pets. Storing the product in humid or hot environment (above 86’F) or storing it with a slightly open lid may cause it to degrade, reduce its effectiveness & fragrance. Protect from freezing.

Container Disposal:
For empty container: rinse and offer for recycling, if recycling not available, then discard in trash.
Partially filled container: to avoid wasting P-Magic, use the powder inside the container as per label directions or call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Do not discard the product in a toilet, drain or any body of water.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN, FOR USE ON SURFACES ONLY. NOT FOR USE ON BABIES/ ADULTS/PETS.

CAUTION: While the product contains biocides which are widely used by leading brands of household cleaning products & disinfectants , it is harmful if swallowed.

IF SWALLOWED:  Immediately rinse mouth, drink a glass of water. Call a doctor or Poison Control Center for immediate treatment. Make sure to keep the product or its label with you while calling the medical professionals or going for treatment.

EYE IRRITANT: Avoid contact with eyes; product may irritate eyes. If in eyes (remove contact lenses): rinse eye gently with water for 15-20 minutes while holding it open. Prolonged skin contact may cause skin irritation.
