IMPORTANT: If, after 60 seconds, the gel is not formed or is sticking to your surface or the broom, it means that you haven’t sprinkled enough P-Magic. Simply sprinkle some more and repeat.

Discard the gel immediately to ensure that pets/children do not ingest it. The gel formed after using P-Magic is very slippery if stepped on therefore make sure you immediately discard to ensure that no person or pet ends up slipping on the gel. Before using, test for color fastness by applying to a hidden area Do not mix P-Magic with any other product or liquid.

Good Hygiene: Always wear plastic gloves while handling pet waste and P-Magic. Wash hands after use.

How many days will one bottle of P-Magic last?

1 bottle lasts upto 3 months for most well trained dogs, cats. Quantity may increase based on usage and your pets habits.

Cleaning techniques & Troubleshooting

What is the best technique to collect the gel?

To collect the gel start by using a pan to scrape the gel off the floor while using a broom to brush the remaining gel onto the pan with light strokes.

Avoid exerting hard pressure while using the broom, as it will squish the gel granules into a sticky paste.

If that happens – don’t stress, simply add a little water on the sticky gel, scrub lightly, sprinkle more P-Magic, wait for 60 seconds and collect again.

What to do if gel is not formed properly?

If, after 60 seconds, the gel is not formed, it means that you haven’t sprinkled enough P-Magic.

Simply sprinkle some more and repeat.

What to do if gel is sticking to the floor?

If the gel is sticking to your surface or the broom, it means that you haven’t sprinkled enough P-Magic – or you are squishing the gel granules by applying too much force.

Don’t stress – check to see if you are using the correct broom and pan, sprinkle more P-Magic, and remember to use light strokes for collecting the gel.

Can I use P-Magic on carpets & sofas?

P-Magic works on all surfaces, including carpets, sofas etc. Always remember that it is not a stain remover, just the first line of defence.

After use, please make sure that your surface or furniture is completely free of P-Magic particles.

Afterwards, use the regular cleaning protocol for textile surfaces to remove the stains.

Does P-Magic remove stains or dry-clean my fabric or carpet?

P-Magic is your first line of defense against your pet messes. It is not a stain remover or a dry-cleaning product.

Biocides used in P-Magic are proven to kill/inactivate upto 99.9% germs & viruses affecting dogs & cats.

Is P-Magic safe to use at home?

We take the safety of our pets and loved one very seriously therefore we decided to use super safe biocides which have proven their efficacy in formulations used by leading brands of disinfectants (EPA registered) and household cleaners for decades in North America, Europe and the rest of the world.

P-Magic is completely safe if used as per directions and disposed of according to local bio waste disposal requirements.

How do I dispose of the gel?

Discard the gel immediately to ensure that pets/children do not ingest it. The gel formed after using P-Magic is very slippery if stepped on therefore make sure you immediately discard to ensure that no person or pet ends up slipping on the gel.

You can dispose of the gel according to your local bio waste disposal regulations. Do not pour the gel down the toilet or sink.

What to do if P-Magic is ingested?

While the product contains biocides which are widely used by leading brands of household cleaning products & disinfectants, it is harmful if swallowed.

If ingested: Immediately rinse mouth, drink a glass of water. Call doctor/veterinarian or Poison Control Center for immediate treatment. Make sure to keep the product or its label with you while calling the medical professionals or going for treatment.

What to do if P-Magic gets into the eyes?

Avoid contact with eyes; product may irritate eyes. If in eyes (remove contact lenses): rinse eye gently with water for 15-20 minutes while holding it open. Prolonged skin contact may cause skin irritation.
